Adoptables TOS

Basic Terms

✿ Make sure to credit me as the creator when applicable! Doesn’t need to be every time you draw the character, but at least the first time you draw them, and don’t claim them as a design you made ever.✿ Once the character is yours, you’re free to do almost anything with their design/personality/story/etc.! I only ask that you don’t make them completely unrecognizable if changing their design, but be free to turn them/give them different forms (human/animal/etc.) or adding things like scars/tattoos/piercings.
Commercial use is ok as long as credit to me for the design is applied somewhere!✿Never use my designs for NFTs or AI. No exceptions. Doesn’t matter how many strikes you have. I will be putting the design back up for sale and you will be put on a no-sell list.

Artwork

✿I retain intellectual property rights to the original art and may post them on my art sites/portfolio/etc.✿You can crop, rotate, or resize it for anything (icons, pagedolls, etc.) However, please do not draw over the original artwork! Any design changes may be done in new artwork drawn by you or someone else.

Regift/Retrade/Resell

✿ If selling, the suggested price is the cost of the original price + any commissioned work + your own art. I would prefer my designs not be sold at a profit or more than their current value.✿ can trade and gift the design to anyone. If you have acquired an adopt through a trade/gift, please do not sell it for profit.✿ I would love to keep track of the designs, so I would like to ask for you to contact me if you gift/trade or resell the adopt
